215L-600 HPP System
The 215L is designed for high throughput in large-volume plant operations, and is the most popular production HPP system in the world.
It is being used globally to cost-effectively and reliably produce packaged juices and smoothies, ready-to-eat meats, processed fruits and vegetables, and to shuck and pasteurize shellfish. With 87,000 psi pressure to target Listeria, Salmonella and E. coli, the 215L helps ready-to-eat meat processors achieve FSIS's Alternative 1 status. The Avure 215L achieves the most space efficient layout of equipment by placing the pump and other supporting mechanical equipment at a sub-level below that of the vessel operator. This minimizes overall plant space requirements and facilitates rapid product throughput since the system does not have to be drained at the end of every cycle.
